Always take your measurements and photos when you are starting a new program. NOTICE I did not say weight yourself. You can do this but the scale can be deceptive. Would you believe that I did not change in weight very much from picture at to picture b? Even though there is a clear change especially through my mid-section.
This is the reason I say the scale can be deceiving. That is why it is important to not only weight yourself but also take before and after pictures so you can look back on your progress.
